Baking has always been a creative expression for me.
I am a wife & a mother of 4 children. I bake a lot, so much that I decided to share what I love to do with you. Seeing the satisfying face on someone who is enjoying whatever baked good that was just created brings me so much joy.
Luckybird Bakery offers fresh, organic sourdough bread and other baked goods based in Hopewell Junction, NY. Serving Dutchess County, Putnam & Westchester Counties. We are a small-batch micro bakery where each loaf is naturally leavened and long-fermented for optimal nutrition.
